No Refunds Policy
- No refunds are issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or unintended purchase.
- Issues with account usage on third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, ad networks, automation tools).
- Delays in delivery due to payment verification or high order volume.
- Account lockouts resulting from user actions (e.g., violating Google’s Terms of Service).
- Once payment is processed and credentials are delivered (via encrypted ZIP or dashboard), the transaction is considered complete.
Replacement Guarantee (Limited)
We offer free replacements within 48 hours of delivery only if:
- The account fails to log in and the issue is not caused by user error (e.g., incorrect password entry).
- The account was not delivered as described (e.g., wrong age range or missing PVA).
How to Request a Replacement:
- Email info@gmailaccounts.net with your order ID and proof of issue (e.g., screenshot).
- Replacements are issued once per account and at our discretion.
- No replacements after 48 hours or for accounts already used/modified.
Exceptions
- Duplicate or Failed Payments: If a payment is charged twice or fails to process, contact us immediately for correction.
- Service Not Delivered: If credentials are not delivered within 24 hours (or as stated), we will re-deliver or cancel the order—no cash refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or dispute will result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and access to the Site.
- Blacklisting of associated email/IP for future orders.
- Legal action to recover costs, if applicable.
We encourage testing small orders first to ensure compatibility with your use case.
